I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nothing like the photos and quite dirty, which made it hard to stay cool. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower was hot and had good water pressure.

The service was great! Gabriel, who picked me up from the airport, was not only entertaining but also made me feel like part of their family. The staff were friendly, responsive, and even went the extra mile to get me some Egyptian sweets.
